Delivery Policy
Upon customer's request Global Survey Solutions sends to the customer the link to download the special file "GenerateApplicationForm.exe" to be used to generate an application form.
The customer generates an application file in Excel format using "GenerateApplicationForm.exe" file and sends the application to Global Survey Solutions with brief information about his / her company, contact names and company logo which will be used in the selected software to create company's identity in reports generated by the software and to have a possibility to e-mail automatically such reports to e-mails provided by the customer.
The customer transfers money for the selected software.Global Survey Solutions sends to the customer the link to download a setup file for installation of requested software upon confirmation of payment.
Cancellation Policy and
Refund Policy
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared with us
directly, or for the purchase from one of our authorised resellers, you will
receive an email with the link to download the setup file to activate the
software. Once this information has been emailed to you, no refunds will be given.
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Disclaimer
below, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the
software will not function, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund minus
our order processing and banking fees (up to 25% of the purchase price). In such
instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively
identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date
of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are
able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 30
days of purchase, you must submit to us a letter of destruction of software on
your company letterhead before we will process the refund. We are not
responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for
downloading, or other communication system delays.
Disclaimer
The software supplied by Global Software Solutions comes AS IS. Due to many varying factors, the software cannot be guaranteed to work on all systems, nor with all versions of Microsoft Windows® operating systems or Microsoft Office®. The licensor does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representation regarding the use, or the result of use, of the software or written materials herein in terms of validity, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. The software is compatible only with 32-bit versions of MS Office. The best results were with English version, Home Edition of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Professional Service Pack 1 (64 bit), Windows 10 (64 bit) and Microsoft Office® 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2016, however in case of Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 you have to disable User Account Control (UAC) and to start setup of our software "As Administrator" to be able to use software built-in functions without restrictions.
